2024 Election Interference
As our commonwealth and country move closer to the 2024 election, every eligible voter must realize the enormity of this critical window of history. Now more than ever, we are on the verge of losing our country, and the bright future our founders fought and won a revolution against tyranny, to make our birthright. The framers of the US Constitution are rolling in their graves at the embarrassing failures of "Crooked" Joe Biden, history's most corrupt and incompetent president.
Every generation of Americans living today can see and feel daily how "progressive" America Last policies like "Bidenomics" and the "Green" Agenda have gutted our economy and energy sector, generating record inflation, supply chain shortages, and skyrocketing costs for our everyday necessities, from the gas pump to the grocery store. Despite how often the Democrats and the corporate owned left-wing media tries to deny it, millions are struggling to get by, and we are smart enough to know our economic situation will only worsen under these terrible policies.
Whenever we turn on the TV or open our phones, we cringe because our so-called Commander-In-Chief can't stay awake, remember where he is or even what to say while traveling abroad to represent our country in front of foreign leaders. Under Biden, America has become the world's laughingstock, and our adversaries are taking advantage of us in a myriad of ways. Why wouldn't they?
“Sleepy” Joe Biden leaves our troops to die overseas and does whatever his neoliberal masters in the Democrat donor class tell him, just as he has since they made him a US Senator in 1972 at the age of 30. That’s why our nation has returned to the broken foreign policy agenda of endless wars with no demonstrable benefit to our national security or vital interests. As a result, we are closer to world war now more than any time since the Cuban Missile Crisis in 1962, and on top of that, their “woke” policies have made our military weaker, and less equipped than ever.
We are less safe at home than ever before due to the Democrat’s support of our wide open southern border, which has brought unprecedented levels of drugs, crime, and violent criminals into our communities. Unfortunately, the Democrat’s “woke” agenda and cancel culture have made our police officers fearful of doing their jobs which has made our cities ripe for looting and murder. In short, our country is a total mess, and the American Dream, once the envy and inspiration of the world, is becoming a horrible nightmare. Hence, millions of Americans long for how things were just a few short years ago when our country was winning under President Trump's America First policies.
For those paying attention, it's clear now that for the Democrat donor class, a booming American economy, record-low unemployment, energy independence and dominance, secure borders, safe streets, a world at peace, and prosperity for all Americans, as we had under Trump were incompatible with their business model.
Instead, these liberal elites prefer our nation's trajectory before Trump's rise to the presidency in 2016, because it allowed them to profit, uninterrupted, off of the steady and managed decline of the United States of America as a global and industrial superpower. Now that their puppet is in the Oval Office we are back on that same downward march, moving closer every day to becoming 100% reliant and subservient to Communist China, where nearly all of them have a substantial financial stake. It’s also the model authoritarian society they strive for America to emulate. Two classes, one rich and the other very poor, no middle class, where all of the magic happens, no room for upward mobility.
Those are the fundamental driving purposes behind "Bidenomics" and the "Green" agenda, which aim to permanently eliminate our freedoms and civil liberties, the ability to produce American energy, create new technology, and ultimately destroy the American Middle class itself forever. Obviously, they can’t just say that out loud as no one would buy it. This is why they instruct the career politicians they own like Joe “the big guy” Biden and others to bottle and sell their insidious agenda disguised as "progressive" moral crusades to save the planet or promote greater equality for naive American consumers. In other words, the Democrat party tricks their supporters into voting against their own best interests, which is also why they have fed them a steady diet of hatred and total falsehoods about Donald J. Trump for the last eight years.
The last thing the Washington uni-party wants is for President Trump, the greatest champion of the American middle class in modern times, to return to the White House and pick our country up and off of this perilous course. After countless federal indictments, and the most iconic mugshot in history, it’s clear they have no problem engaging in the most blatant election interference in political history, and stretching the law beyond recognition to prevent that from happening.
In fact, from the moment President Trump announced his candidacy for 2024, radical left-wing billionaire backed “non-partisan” organizations like “Free Speech For People” began working behind the scenes to encourage elections officials to stop him from being on the ballot by utilizing Section 3 of the 14th Amendment as a legal strategy. This despite failing miserably when they sued to remove U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor-Greene and former Rep. Madison Cawthorn, from the 2022 ballot.
Clearly, groups like this along with the very desperate Democrats and RINO republicans see the writing on the wall. They know the American people support Trump now more than ever, which is why they are trying to revive this failed strategy in states like Florida, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Ohio Wisconsin, New Hampshire, Colorado, and Minnosota to prohibit his name from being on their states primary ballots.
Now, my home state of Pennsylvania has entered the discussion. As a lifelong resident of the Commonwealth, I believe taxpayers have a right to know all about the radical left-wing activist who is trying to keep the greatest president of our lifetimes off the primary ballot in Trump’s own party.
Gene Stilp: The Democrat Activist suing to keep Trump’s name off the GOP primary ballot in Pennsylvania
It's safe to say that the radical PA Democrats and the geriatric Never Trump Republican establishment are officially scared of Donald J. Trump winning BIG LEAGUE in the Keystone State. That was made 100% clear on Sept. 7, 2023, when Middle Paxton County Democrat Gene Stilp filed a federal lawsuit to bar Trump from the 2024 GOP primary ballot in Pennsylvania.
To the surprise of no one, Stilp uses Section 3 of the 14th Amendment as his argument, and he had a lot to say about it in a recent Penn Live article.
Stilp told Penn Live: "He expects more cases like this will be filed and eventually combined into one case to go before the U.S. Supreme Court, where conservatives hold a 6-3 advantage."
Further, he explained that the "evidence" against Trump, who faces four criminal indictments, is "solid," particularly Special Counsel Jack Smith's case against the former president for taking and mishandling classified documents from the White House.
Mr. Stilp added that Trump also “watched” on Jan. 6 as a mob of his supporters, who had attended a rally he had addressed earlier, stormed the Capitol and assaulted officers.
"Once you light the fuse, you can't control the outcome, and when he could control the outcome, he didn't," said Stilp.
Finally, Stilp suggested that those doubting the merits of his lawsuit read Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. "People who are skeptical should take a wait-and-see attitude," he said.
It’s critical to note that by utilizing Section 3 of the 14th Amendment as his main argument, Mr. Stilp's case is not original at all, as he is pursuing the same path as every other radical liberal around the nation who, like left-wing billionaire funded organizations like “Free Speech For People” and many others salivate at the thought of Joe Biden running against any candidate BUT Donald J. Trump in 2024.
For example, my friend Laura Loomer recently reported on a similar situation in Florida. I encourage everyone to check it out for context.
“Using Section 3 of the 14 Amendment as a potential legal strategy to prevent Donald Trump from seeking the nomination in 2024 has been discussed by numerous Leftist and RINO pundits as a way to spook the American people into not voting for President Trump, and as a way to intimidate GOP voters ahead of the GOP convention in which President Trump is facing a crowded primary full of RINO, GOP establishment career politicians, opportunists, and ingrate grifters who are participating in the persecution of President Trump as he continues to increase his massive lead as the favored GOP candidate.”
Mr. Stilp, along with every other individual pursuing this approach around the nation, is following the same failed, despicable Democrat playbook of baseless, politically driven witch-hunt targeted toward President Trump, his allies, and supporters since he came down the escalators in 2015. As always, the goal is to throw enough frivolous accusations at the wall and hope they stick. Unfortunately, for these people and their party, they never do, and in this case, the so-called "evidence" against President Trump is the opposite of "solid," as Mr. Stilp claims.
Second, Mr. Stilp, like many others in his party, needs to turn off MSNBC, pick up a book, and re-learn his American history. For those who are unaware, the 14th Amendment was part of the "Reconstruction Amendments," ratified following the events of the American Civil War. The purpose was to ban former Confederate military personnel and high-ranking political leaders from ever being able to hold state and federal office, and rightfully so, as they had taken part in a legitimate rebellion against the United States of America. For Stilp or anyone to correlate the actions of Confederate military leaders with those who participated in the events of Jan. 6 is absurd, especially President Trump, who was not among them when the events transpired.
That said, it's even more ludicrous and disgraceful to ask a federal judge to ban the dually elected 45th President of the United States from having his name on the 2024 GOP Ballot based on the unbelievably false argument that his speeches on and or before Jan. 6 somehow equate to an actual armed rebellion against our Republic, which was 100% the case with the Confederacy in the American Civil War, which history recognizes as the bloodiest ever on our soil.
Ironically, one of Trump's many GOP primary opponents, who also happens to be a Harvard Law educated attorney, pointed out a fatal legal flaw in using Section 3 of the 14th Amendment to disqualify him from the ballot in a recent tweet regarding a similar case against Trump in South Carolina.
According to Vivek G. Ramaswamy:
"Trump is not a former "officer of the United States," as that term is used in the Constitution, meaning Section 3 does not apply. As the Supreme Court explained in Free Enterprise Fund v. Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (2010), an "officer of the United States is someone appointed by the president to aid him in his duties under Article II, Section 2. The term does not apply to elected officials and certainly not to the president himself."
Further, Ramaswamy adds: "The framers of the 14th Amendment would be shocked and appalled to see their narrow provision-intended to bar former U.S. officials who switched to the Confederacy from seeking public office-being weaponized by a sitting president and his political allies to prevent a former president from seeking re-election."
Indeed, they would be, just like countless other legal minds and scholars around the country who have expressed doubts about the likelihood of efforts to remove Trump; one is Director of the Constitutional Law Center at Stanford Law School, Michael McConnell.
“I think it’s pretty unlikely that these challenges are gonna succeed.”
Further, McConnell argued that the claim that Trump himself “engaged in insurrection,” as stated in the amendment, could be difficult to prove based on his role in Jan. 6.
He also noted that during his second impeachment trial, Trump’s attorneys sought to make that case, arguing Trump’s speech that day didn’t meet the criminal bar for incitement.
These are excellent points, ZERO of Trump's speeches in the days before these events, nor on the day itself, promoted violence of any kind. Another crucial piece of evidence proving no wrongdoing that Democrats attacking Trump frequently leave out was his tweet that day, asking for no violence!
Deep down, Mr. Stilp likely knows that his case and all the others like it cannot and will not hold up. It’s actually very sad because whether they realize it or not, these people are being used as pawns so the Biden regime can commit election interference against the leading GOP candidate for President of the United States. Though, given Mr. Stilp's record of extreme left-wing activism, I don't think he particularly cares.
This seems oddly personal.
“Crazy” Gene: Flag Burner and Trump Derangement Syndrome Patient Zero
During Trump’s recent interview with Tucker Carlson on GOP debate night, viewed by a record 250M Americans in the first 24 hours alone, the president was asked many questions by Carlson but the two that stood out most were if Trump thought there was going to be a Civil War and if he was concerned for his own safety now that the left impeached and indicted him.
Regarding the Civil War question: Trump said he didn’t know but then added: “There’s a level of passion that I’ve never seen, there’s a level of hatred that I’ve never seen, and that’s probably a bad combination.”
Regarding his safety: Trump said “They’re savage animals. They are people that are sick, really sick.” He further added: “You have great people that are Democrats. Most of the people in our country are fantastic. And I’m representing everybody … But I’ve seen what they do.”
For the last several years we have seen many well-meaning Americans give into the vicious hate, lies, and the fantasy world that the Democrat Party, along with their allies in the mainstream media and pop culture have created around them. Gene Stilp has apparently fallen hook, line and sinker, as he appears to be suffering from a serious case of Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS).
“It gave me great pleasure to put my filing in an envelope, address it to Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago in Florida and send it off.”
He also noted that: “Actually suing Donald Trump gave me great pleasure.”
Respectfully, that kind of language is odd and just screams TDS.
Although, Mr. Stilp probably experienced the same feeling when he symbolically “toppled” a cardboard cutout of Donald Trump in the middle of downtown Harrisburg.
Or the time he brought out his gigantic inflatable pig to protest PA Senate GOP led election audits on the Pennsylvania capital steps.
Mr. Stilp has definitely gotten around over the years.
In 2014, Stilp ran for the Pennsylvania State House unsuccessfully. He was also behind the original, handmade Statue of Liberty, which stood in the Susquehanna River north of Harrisburg.
On top of that, his radical left-wing activism has garnered him attention and raised his name ID among Pennsylvanians.
One thing is for sure. Mr. Stilp seems to be especially proud of the many flags he has burned over the years, which he made sure to include in his lawsuit against Trump.
According to the lawsuit itself where Mr. Stilp cites his standing and Constitutional Interests:
It reads: “Mr. Stilp has recently settled in his favor, twelve or more federal First Amendment cases involving the safely burning of altered Trump flags outside numerous county and community buildings in trash cans. The Trump flags had been altered to include the flags that showed Trump's horrible value system: one flag was Trump/Confederated flag showing his white racism; on flag was a Trump/ nazi flag showing his fascist leanings ; and one flag was a Trump! old Soviet flag which showed his support and alliance with the war crimes perpetrator Putin. The ashes from the Trump flags were confined to the trash can of history.”

Prior to burning altered Trump flags, Stilp used other homemade flags in his demonstrations, including the notorious double sided flag.
“The flag is a personal creation of Stilp. It appears to be a confederate flag on one side, and a Nazi flag on the other side.”
“Stilp has burned his flag at NASCAR races and numerous county courthouses down the east coast and throughout Central Pennsylvania.”
In anticipation of his unsuccessful 2018 bid for US Congress against incumbent GOP Rep. Scott Perry PA (PA-10), Stilp organized many flag-burning demonstrations using this double-sided flag at NASCAR races and numerous county courthouses down the east coast and throughout Central Pennsylvania.
Stilp began those efforts at the Columbia County Courthouse after the Bloomsburg Fair allowed vendors to sell Confederate flags.
Another notable flag-burning demonstration occurred in front of the Adams County courthouse in Gettysburg, PA, on Nov. 17, 2017.
According to the York Daily Record:
“Officers from Gettysburg police and Adams County sheriff’s departments flanked the demonstration which lasted about 20 minutes.”
“The activist also burned several souvenirs bearing Confederate flags that he bought in a local gift shop.”
Following his failed congressional run, Mr. Stilp burned flags in more than two dozen communities leading up to the 2020 election alone, in protest of what he calls President Trump’s “horrible values” on racism, bigotry, hatred, white supremacy and ethnic intimidation.
He has since continued his left-wing activism.
In 2022, Mr. Stilp espoused his opposition to President Trump and his endorsed GOP candidates on yard signs and bizarre memes on social media.
At the end of the day, Mr. Stilp is entitled to exercise the full and total use of his First Amendment rights, and it's clear he has done just that over his longtime career in political activism.
Mr. Stilp’s career is also full of legal battles dealing with violations of his First Amendment rights. One example occurred in Feb. 2017 when he requested a permit to burn a Nazi-Confederate flag outside the York County Judicial Center in York City.
The permit was denied initially by York County Solicitor Glenn Smith, who cited an ordinance violation and did not come without a fight. After the case shot up to a federal court, the county and Stilp reached a settlement that allowed him to hold his demonstration, and the county said it would change the ordinance. Stilp went on to hold that demonstration, burning another hybrid flag and a sign displaying President Trump's name in a trash can. Five months later, the county announced a $30,000 settlement with Stilp without providing any details.
According to Penn Live, Stilp settled with both Lebanon and Wellsboro boroughs in similar suits, which totaled up to $20,000. Then he added another $10,000 with Middleburg, a $6,000 settlement in Mifflinburg, and even with Harrisburg and the state of Pennsylvania, which agreed to pay $17,500 to settle a civil rights lawsuit Stilp filed over an aborted attempt to torch a flag at the Capitol fountain.
Despite his various legal victories, one can't help but wonder how Mr. Stilp might have fared had his political affiliation been different.
In many ways, republicans, conservatives, and people of faith have gotten the short end of the stick, especially in the realm of "justice," which now appears to be a two-tiered system rigged in favor of Democrats like Mr. Stilp.
Obviously, Mr. Stilp is free to support Joe Biden and the Democrats all he wants, but due to his espoused belief in the Constitution and the rule of law, he should really consider questioning if their vision and platform are leading him and our country down the right path.
As we have seen with President Trump and his supporters, the Biden administration's weaponization of our justice system to silence and jail their GOP opponents is the opposite of a free society with equal justice under the law. That level of tyranny only occurs in Adolf Hitler's Nazi Germany, Stalin's Soviet Russia, Maoist Italy, Venezuela and the worst third-world dictatorships.
Ironically, Mr. Stilp stitches the symbols of those evil ideologies on the Trump flags he is so proud to burn.
Sadly, Mr. Stilp allows his hatred of President Trump and Republicans to blind him from seeing what's right in front of his eyes - which is that the Biden administration and the modern iteration of the Democrat Party use the same authoritarian policies and police state methods as all of the authoritarian regimes he claims to oppose.
If he lived in reality, Mr. Stilp would be stitching and burning those dreadful symbols on Biden flags instead of Trump ones. Unfortunately, like many others, he is too consumed with hate and negativity to see the big picture: Trump is the candidate fighting to prevent America's further descent into hell on earth, not Biden.
For these reasons, 71M+ Americans, including myself, are disgusted at those like Mr. Stilp, who seek to deprive us of our right as Americans to vote for the greatest president of the 21st Century in the upcoming primary so he can win in the biggest landslide in the history of the Republican Party.
In the end, I believe that will be the outcome, as this lawsuit and all the others like it around the country will fail miserably. Nonetheless, I will pray for Gene Stilp and countless others like him throughout Pennsylvania and the United States.
America First is Inevitable
In the final analysis, it's clear to all that no candidate in the history of American politics has ever endured the amount of relentless persecution as Donald J. Trump since the moment he rode down the escalators at Trump Tower to announce his candidacy for President of the United States in 2015.
For eight straight years, this man has faced vicious attacks on himself and his family 24/7 by the left-wing corporate-owned news media, countless politically motivated witch hunts, and two failed impeachments at the hands of the Washington uni-party.
Now, he's facing four frivolous indictments and horrendous election interference to stop him from running in 2024. Through it all, he has given and continues to give every ounce of his mind, soul, and spirit in the fight to save our country.
For these reasons, Donald J. Trump will be the 2024 GOP nominee and, ultimately, the 47th President of the United States.
The best is yet to come.
