Dauphin County Crime Ring UNMASKS PA Senator Kim's SHOCKING Betrayal—RINO Tom Mehaffie SILENT!
I Hate to Say I Told You So—But I Told You So
Weeks ago, right here on this Substack, I rang the alarm bells. I told you that State Senator Patty Kim and her Democrat pals in Harrisburg were shielding illegal aliens in Dauphin County, transforming our communities into playgrounds for drugs, crime, and violence.
The usual suspects rolled their eyes. Some scoffed. Others tried to shout me down. But now, Sean Guay’s bombshell report in Harrisburg 100 confirms exactly what I warned would happen: a suspected organized crime ring—comprised of Colombian nationals—busted in Lower Paxton Township, precisely where I said this would erupt.
This wasn’t a petty traffic stop. After a lengthy car chase, brave officers of the Lower Paxton Township Police uncovered ski masks, cell phone jammers, black bags, burglary tools, and a glass punch. This wasn’t a coincidence—it was a criminal operation.
This is no longer a hypothetical. It’s a wake-up call. The policies of Senator Patty Kim and her enablers have real, tangible consequences. They’ve replaced law and order with chaos and compromise. The question is no longer if their open-border agenda will affect you—it’s when.
Let’s be blunt: Pennsylvania is bleeding from a border crisis that the Democrats not only ignore—they’ve helped orchestrate. And while the 2024 election delivered a red roar from Pennsylvanians fed up with this insanity, Harrisburg’s ruling class is doubling down. Instead of protecting our neighborhoods, they’re protecting the people who put them at risk.
Guay’s reporting lays it bare:
“Christian Tenorio-Valderrama, Sebastian Valderrama, and Dianna Arrieta, suspected Colombian nationals, were caught with tools for sophisticated crime—cell phone jammers, a ladder, black bags, plus marijuana and drug paraphernalia.”
—Harrisburg 100
Let’s call it what it is: a criminal enterprise operating under the blind eye—and in some cases, the willful protection—of elected officials who refuse to enforce the law.
And make no mistake: Senator Patty Kim’s complicity is not accidental. It’s intentional. She’s publicly admitted to knowing where illegal immigrants reside—referring to them as “my immigrant communities.” But instead of reporting them to ICE, she cozies up to the Pennsylvania Immigration and Citizenship Coalition, a group that fights tooth and nail to block immigration enforcement.
This isn’t compassion. It’s betrayal. It’s the deliberate sacrifice of public safety on the altar of political expedience and donor dollars.
Now we have three suspects arrested, charged with possessing instruments of crime—and two more still on the loose. Plotting their next move? Perhaps. Kim’s inaction has opened the door, and now criminals are walking right through it.
And what about “Republican” State Rep. Tom Mehaffie? The man who claims to represent PA-106? The same guy who blocked Voter ID, got booted from his capital office, sponsored gas stove bans, supported carbon taxes, and voted to use your tax-dollars to fund puberty blockers for minors? He’s been too busy playing footsie with Kim and Governor Josh Shapiro to care about the people he’s supposed to represent. That’s why they gave him a fancy new office in the Democrat wing of the capital.
While the police were chasing down a Jeep full of burglary tools in his own backyard, Mehaffie was MIA—missing in action, but most likely fully present for cocktail hours and photo ops with the very people fueling this lawlessness while he does nothing.

And when I called out Kim and Mehaffie for their cowardice on X? The Dauphin County GOP’s anonymous keyboard warrior came out swinging—not at them, but at me. Instead of defending Republican values, this beta-Romney clone tried to shame me with identity politics. Sound familiar? It should. It’s straight from the playbook of Mehaffie’s longtime political consultant, disgraced lobbyist David Feidt, who has doubled as Mehaffie’s longtime political consultant and conveniently chairs the Dauphin County GOP. Funny how that works, isn’t it?

Once again, they’re proving my point: the people in charge aren’t just ignoring the problem—they are the problem. And while Senator Kim and her left-wing allies attend closed-door meetings about “collective rights” for people with no legal standing under the Constitution, Pennsylvanians are being robbed of their right to security.
During the 2024 election, as Dauphin County Regional Coordinator for Scott Presler’s Early Vote Action, I received multiple credible tips that illegal aliens were being registered to vote at the Harrisburg DMV. When we tried to speak up, we were threatened. Silenced.
This is how our broken system works: Democrats flood the voter rolls while flooding our neighborhoods with crime. Then, fake RINO Republicans who vote like Democrats and pocket money like seasoned lobbyist like Turncoat Tom Mehaffie enable them every step of the way.
But here’s the truth the media won’t say out loud: not every illegal alien came here to build a better life. Many are here to take advantage of a system that rewards lawlessness and punishes the people who dare to speak the truth.
Remember Danelo Cavalcante? The murderer who escaped a Pennsylvania prison in 2023? He never should’ve been here. And now, with two suspects still at large in Dauphin County, how many more Danelos are out there?
President Trump’s mandate offers the way forward: deport illegal aliens, secure the border, and enforce the law. That’s why he introduced the Laken Riley Act. That’s why his executive orders matter. They’re not just policies—they’re lifelines. But Kim, her party and sellouts like Mehaffie stand in the way.
The contents of that Jeep weren’t abstract political talking points—they were weapons of burglary. The cost of cowardice. The price of betrayal.
So what’s the fix?
Senator Patty Kim must be required to report every illegal alien to ICE—or face the consequences when she is up for re-election in 2028.
Tom Mehaffie must be voted out ASAP. His RINO masquerade has worn thin.
And Governor Josh Shapiro’s sanctuary state agenda must be crushed, both legislatively and through unrelenting grassroots pressure.
I told you this was coming. And now it’s here.
During this Holy Week, I will be praying for the safety of our dedicated law enforcement officials and ICE agents, and for my fellow residents of Dauphin County until these two criminals are caught and brought to justice.
The good news? Pennsylvanians are waking up. We’re done being gaslit. We’re done being bullied. We’re taking our Commonwealth back—and we’re doing it with courage, clarity, and the kind of leadership this state has been missing for far too long.
America is a nation of laws. And we, the people, will not be ruled by crime rings, nor the cowards who protect them.
Step up or step aside, Patty Kim and Tom Mehaffie. Pennsylvania’s hardworking taxpayers are reclaiming what’s theirs.
